Denver Restaurant Week is back! Fire & Vine is among hundreds of Denver’s top restaurants participating again this year. This year, we are offering a $35 menu, from March 1-10. Here’s a sneak peek at our tasty menu.
First Course Options
Choice of:
-Soup Minestrone gf or Soup of the Day
-Caesar Salad gf Romaine lettuce with parmesan cheese tossed in our Caesar dressing & topped with croutons (gf, no croutons)
-Burrata Caprese (gf+3) Burrata, sliced Roma tomatoes & basil, finished with a balsamic glaze. Served with crostini.
-Fired Ravioli Hand-breaded cheese ravioli with marinara dipping sauce.
-Pepperoni Rolls House-made pizza dough rolled with pepperoni & mozzarella. Served with your choice of marinara or ranch for dipping.
-Big Huge Giant Garlic Knots Hand-tied & tossed with parmesan. Served with marinara dipping sauce.
Second Course Options
Choice of:
-Rigatoni & Sausage (gf+4) Our most popular dish! Rigatoni noodles tossed with crumbled Italian sausage, fresh basil, onion & garlic in a tomato cream sauce.
-Penne Salmon (gf+4) Asparagus, salmon, roasted tomatoes, red onions, crispy garlic, butter, white wine
-Calabrian (gf+4) Linguini noodles with shrimp, mushroom, yellow squash, zucchini, red onion & garlic tossed in a Calabrian chili aglio e olio sauce. Finished with ricotta Salata cheese.
-Grilled Eggplant (gf) Tender grilled eggplant, roasted tomatoes, and garlic. Served alongside a colorful medley of mixed vegetables and a velvety bed of creamy polenta.
-Chicken Cacciatore (gf+4) Savory chicken in a zesty tomato sauce with peppers and onions, served over spaghetti.
-Hot Honey Pizza (gf+5) Prosciutto, mushroom, goat cheese, mozzarella, arugula, house-made Calabrian chili oil, and our house-made hot honey
Third Course Options
Choice of:
-Tiramisu (gf+2) Mascarpone cheese blended with brandy liqueur & heavy cream, layered on top of rich espresso-soaked lady fingers and dusted with cocoa powder.
-Cannoli Crisp pastry shells filled with sweet ricotta cream, chocolate chips and orange liqueur.
-Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie (gf) Creamy peanut butter filling, chunks of Reese’s peanut butter cups, in a chocolate cookie crust, drizzled with Hershey’s dark fudge topping and caramel.
-Mini Mascarpone Fruit Tarts (gf) Four mini tarts filled with creamy mascarpone and topped with a variety of fruits.
